About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the provider master data team and oversee daily operations with strategic focus.
- Own product roadmap and ensure alignment with IDS sleeve needs for patient mastering.
- Develop and implement robust data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure provider data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve data-related challenges and drive improvements.
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective measures to enhance accuracy.
- Manage seamless data integration and flow between internal and external systems.
- Train and support team members on data management tools and best practices.
- Generate actionable insights from provider data to support business decisions.
- Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices in data management.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in master data management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Deep understanding of provider data and master data management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data management software and tools.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Commitment to data accuracy and compliance with governance standards.
Desirable Requirements
- 15 years of experience in provider data management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with strategic business priorities.
