About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage data integration solutions to support MDM initiatives.
- Implement data integration processes using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and technologies.
- Monitor and maintain data integration workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
- Document data integration processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
- Provide support and training to end-users on data integration processes and tools.
Essential Requirements:
- Novartis seeks an individual with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of data management, provider data, master data management tools, product life cycle. The candidate should foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data integration and MDM projects.
- Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Requirement
- 10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management and MDM ecosystem.
- Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms.
- Knowledge of data modeling and database design.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
- Certification in MDM or data integration technologies.
- Strong analytical background, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and aligning them with business priorities to drive impactful results
